Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue.
  • Concept to Completion: Own marketing initiatives from the initial idea through research, planning, team engagement, execution, and analysis.
  • Team Leadership & Engagement: Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. You will be the central hub that pulls together internal teams, freelancers, and agencies to get things done.
  • Brand Management: Act as the ultimate guardian of the brand, ensuring consistent and powerful messaging across all platforms and materials.
  • Digital Marketing Mastery: Oversee all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing campaigns, social media, and content marketing to ensure an integrated approach.
  • Content & Campaign Development: Spearhead the creation of compelling content and innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us in the marketplace.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and market research to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and pivot strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve key objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create powerful tools, materials, and campaigns that support their efforts and drive conversions.
  • Market Intelligence: Keep a constant pulse on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of broad-based marketing experience, with a proven track record of leading successful teams and campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a comprehensive marketing program that includes digital, content, brand, and strategy.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing direct reports or cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
